Challenge
Explaining GIS data is quite complex when it comes to city planning and asset management. DM GIS department wanted to train their employees in a more interactive way on mapping and planning to be done or to review and make necessary changes to the existing one consolidating the 3D data from the GIS platforms. The challenge was to create a minimalistic approach yet a futuristic infrastructure to support the ecosystem.
Approach
TAKELEAP was given the opportunity to address the requirements of DM GIS Authorities and developed a state-of-the-art infrastructure consisting of Bluetooth-based smart joystick-embedded chairs & VR gears, including the centre's interior. We supported the development team of DM in creating the initial training kits as well.
