The Etisalat Smart-AI Assistant Bot is a custom-built artificial intelligence program. To interact with the bot, users will have to ask it any question. The bot will process the question, showcase a digital library to the user, and will search the library for the answer. Upon retrieving the answer, it will display it on the screen for the user to see.
